oh, where do I even start? the breakfast room was an absolute chaotic mess, and I really expected more from such a so-called fancy hotel. on top of that, my room was still dirty from the last guest. I almost gave a good review, but I was charged for gluten-free nonsense when I just wanted a simple salad. such a disappointment!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Malcesine, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely little balcony with scenic views. The breakfast selection was delightful, offering fresh pastries and a variety of options every morning.

Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, including the best pistachio croissant! The hotel had great amenities, like soundproofing and air conditioning. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.
